The Summer Wellbeing Adventure is a fun and interactive three-week campaign that celebrates Cornell’s Health-Promoting Campus themes of People, Places, and Planet. The adventure is designed to encourage and inspire you to fully experience summer! During stressful times, it is especially important that we care for ourselves and support each other in ways that feel doable and meaningful to each of us. How does it work? Participants will receive a weekly email filled with summertime-themed ideas, activities, recipes, shared participant photos, and more. To support and inspire each other, you are invited to share your experiences, activities, and adventures through photos, artwork, videos, or written stories on the Summer Wellbeing Adventure Microsoft Teams Viva Engage Group or via email. When does it happen? The program runs for three weeks, July 13 through July 31. Join us anytime by completing the registration form below. We will conclude the adventure with an event, Chillin' on the Quad on Thursday, July 30th - more details to follow! Where can I participate? You can join from anywhere - our goal is to inspire you to discover places, practices, and people that help you restore and renew, no matter where you spend your summer. Who can participate? All Cornellians are welcome to join the adventure!

Cornell Wellness Recreation Membership
With a Wellness Recreation Membership, the slower pace of summer on Cornell’s beautiful Ithaca campus is the perfect time to start your recreation experience. Wellness membership types range from summer-only plans to longer-term memberships. Exercise in an air-conditioned fitness center, swim at one of the indoor pools, or try out an in-person CFC group fitness class or virtual Wellness group exercise class. Want to enjoy the outdoors instead of the indoors and soak up the sounds of nature while getting some activity?
Your Wellness membership gets you access to lots of recreation equipment such as volleyballs, basketballs, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets, and more. Check out equipment for free and head to one of the many outdoor courts with some friends, co-workers, or for a solo excursion. You also receive discounts on classes and memberships at several Athletics’ managed facilities such as the sailing center, golf course, and climbing wall. There’s something for everyone! Questions?
